Shipping Policy

We keep shipping simple and clear.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and the delivery option selected. The full delivery cost will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout. Please allow a little extra time during particularly busy periods, including Christmas and other peak postal periods.

Orders can be sent directly to the recipient. Please make sure the delivery address is correct before completing your order, as we may not be able to change it once the order has been prepared or dispatched.
