Returns Policy for Little Box of Mindfulness

Every Little Box of Mindfulness includes a personalised letter written just for the recipient, so all our boxes are non-refundable unless faulty.

If your box arrives damaged or there’s a fault with any item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

To report an issue, email us at moment@littleboxofmindfulness.co.uk with your order number and details of the problem.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the returned box. You can always contact us for any return question at moment@littleboxofmindfulness.co.uk

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
