At Little Box of Mindfulness, we believe wellbeing is not about grand gestures or one-off moments. It is about creating small, meaningful pauses that help people feel supported, valued, and seen.
That belief is what led us to work alongside Little Gems Swim School, a small, community-focused swim school based in Normandy, Surrey, whose approach to wellbeing goes far beyond the pool.
A nurturing approach to confidence and care
Little Gems Swim School was founded on a simple but powerful idea. Teaching people to feel safe and confident in the water is not just about technique. It is about trust, patience, and emotional support.
Specialising in highly personalised one-to-one and two-to-one swimming lessons, Little Gems works with babies, toddlers, children, and adults, tailoring every session to the individual. Their calm, inclusive environment is especially supportive for swimmers with additional needs, sensory sensitivities, and neurodivergence.
Over time, what began as a passion for swimming has grown into a deeply rooted community space, shaped by compassion, connection, and understanding.

Prioritise Your Peace
Little Gems’ commitment to wellbeing extends beyond swimming lessons. This led to the creation of Prioritise Your Peace, a free weekly wellbeing session offering women a safe, non-judgemental space to pause and reconnect.
These sessions are intentionally gentle. Women are invited to float, swim, relax, or simply take a quiet moment for themselves in a warm, supportive environment. There is no pressure, no expectation, and no judgement. Just time to breathe.
How Little Box of Mindfulness supported the initiative
As part of the Prioritise Your Peace sessions, Little Gems included Little Box of Mindfulness Stress and Anxiety boxes within their wider wellbeing hampers.
Each box was designed to offer a small moment of calm. Something tangible that women could take away as a reminder that their wellbeing matters, even outside the session itself.
Rather than acting as a branded giveaway, the boxes became part of the experience. A continuation of the care, intention, and gentleness that defines Little Gems’ approach.
What Little Gems said
“We’ve been incredibly grateful for the support from Little Box of Mindfulness. Their Stress and Anxiety boxes have been beautifully curated and thoughtfully designed, and have added something truly special to our Prioritise Your Peace wellbeing sessions. The care, intention and genuine compassion behind their brand really shines through, and the women attending our sessions have felt so supported and valued. We’re so thankful to be working alongside a business that shares our passion for wellbeing and community.”
Why partnerships like this matter
This collaboration reflects something important to us. Wellbeing is not one-size-fits-all. It lives in workplaces, community spaces, schools, and local initiatives. When organisations take the time to support people in thoughtful, human ways, the impact is deeper and more lasting.
Whether through community wellbeing initiatives, wellbeing partnerships, or corporate wellbeing gifting, small gestures can create meaningful moments of connection and care.
Thoughtful gifting with genuine impact
At Little Box of Mindfulness, our boxes are designed to support wellbeing in real life. Not as a tick-box exercise, but as a considered way to show care.
From community projects to workplaces, our approach remains the same. Keep it gentle. Keep it meaningful. Keep it human.
Whether you’re supporting employees, clients or partners, our corporate and employee gift boxes are designed to offer genuine moments of calm and care. Thoughtful, human gifting that goes beyond the expected.
